Audio stays on your computer
Speech recognition runs locally and recordings are never uploaded.
Text isn't stored
AI edits are processed and discarded. Requests only go to model providers that don't keep or train on the data.
AI editing can be off
With AI editing off, dictated text doesn't leave your computer.

Questions about teams
- Can some of us use Mac and others Windows?
- Yes. The app and the team features are the same on both.
- How do invitations work?
- An owner or admin invites someone by email. They open the link, sign in with that same email address and join the team.
- Is the team dictionary stored on your server?
- Yes, so every member gets it. Personal dictionaries stay on each person's computer.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Write to us with your team size and we'll sort out the details.
