FAQ

Questions about Cosso for office work

Does it work in Outlook and Teams?
Yes. Cosso types wherever your cursor is, so it works in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and the browser.
Will it write the whole email for me?
No. It turns what you said into a clean email with a greeting, paragraphs and a sign-off where you spoke them. It doesn't add content of its own.
Can our IT team approve it?
The security page lists what data goes where. Speech recognition is local, and AI editing can be switched off if your policy requires it.
