FAQ

Questions about Cosso for veterinary

Can I dictate straight into our practice management software?
Yes, if it accepts typed text. Cosso types wherever your cursor is, so it works in desktop and browser-based systems as well as email and WhatsApp.
Does it check doses?
No. Cosso writes the dose you said, with the units and abbreviations vets use. It doesn't check whether a dose is right for the patient, so read the note before you save it.
Does it know brand and generic names?
Yes. The list includes both, such as Metacam and meloxicam. Brands that only exist in your market can go in your own dictionary.
Where are client and pet names kept?
Words in your own dictionary are saved on your computer. A team dictionary is stored on our server so every member gets it.
